Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sandra Alexander LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as The Sandra Alexander Method ("we," "us," "our"). They apply to sandraalexandermethod.com and to every free or paid product, course, template, guide and coaching service we offer (the "Products"). By creating an account, downloading a resource or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

2. What we offer. We provide education, systems, templates and coaching on using the Cloze CRM in a real estate business. Product descriptions on each checkout page are part of these Terms.

3. Independent business. Cloze is a trademark of its owner. We are an independent educator and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Cloze. Features, pricing and availability of Cloze are controlled by its owner and may change at any time.

4. Payments. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our third-party providers, such as Stripe and PayPal. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize each scheduled charge, and we may pause access if a payment fails.

5. Refunds. Because our Products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once access is granted. This includes courses, templates and coaching packages. Free resources are provided as-is and carry no refund obligation.

6. License and use. When you buy or download a Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own business. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or teach our materials, share your login or give others access. All content remains our intellectual property. We may end access without refund if these rules are broken.

7. No guarantee of results. Your results depend on your effort, market, skills and many factors outside our control. We do not promise any specific outcome, income, number of clients or sales. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

8. Not professional advice. Our Products are for education only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, compliance or brokerage advice. Please consult your broker, attorney or other licensed professional before acting on anything we share.

9. Your responsibilities. You are solely responsible for how you use our Products, including following your state's license laws, your brokerage's policies, fair housing laws, and email, text and calling rules such as CAN-SPAM and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. You are responsible for getting proper consent before contacting anyone with our templates.

10. Disclaimer of warranties. Our Products and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless Sandra Alexander LLC and its owner from claims, losses and costs arising from your use of our Products or your breach of these Terms.

13. Disputes. We would always like to hear from you first. If a concern cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion within 30 days, it will go to mediation, and if mediation does not resolve it, to binding arbitration in Indian River County, Florida. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

15. Termination. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. Sections 6 through 14 remain in effect after termination.

16. Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including platform outages, internet failures or natural disasters.

17. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

18. General. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
