Privacy Policy

Sandra Alexander LLC, doing business as The Sandra Alexander Method ("we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on sandraalexandermethod.com and through our Products, how we use it and the choices you have. Please also see our Terms of Service.
1. What we collect. Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business details and anything you share in forms, emails or coaching. Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card details are handled directly by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number. Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and email opens and clicks, collected through cookies and similar tools.
2. How we use it. To deliver your Products and account access, process payments, send receipts and service messages, answer questions, improve our content, and send educational emails and our newsletter when you have opted in.
3. Email marketing. We send marketing emails only when you have opted in. We may tag your contact record based on what you download, buy or click so the emails you receive stay relevant. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop receipts or messages about a purchase.
4. How we share it. We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Kajabi (website, courses and email), Stripe and PayPal (payments) and our CRM, under their own privacy and security terms. If we use advertising or analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics, limited browsing information may be shared with those platforms to measure and show ads. You can opt out as described in Section 5. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or with a successor if the business is sold or reorganized.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising tools. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your login, understand how pages and emails are used, and measure our marketing. These may include Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Some features may not work if cookies are blocked.
6. How long we keep it. We keep your information while you have an account or remain on our list, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting records.
7. Security. We use reputable platforms and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving marketing, by emailing sandra@sandraalexandermethod.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws or, outside the U.S., under local law. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request.
9. International visitors. We are based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
10. Children. Our Products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Other websites. Our site and emails may link to other websites, including Cloze. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.
12. Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
